Frequently Asked Questions

No prior experience is needed! Our beginner courses are designed for complete beginners. We'll teach you everything from kite control to riding upwind. Most students can ride independently after 6-10 hours of lessons.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a towel. We provide all equipment including wetsuits, harnesses, kites, and boards. Wear comfortable swimwear underneath. Don't forget your enthusiasm and positive attitude!

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. If we cancel due to weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or credit for future booking.

Yes! Our instructors speak English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. Please let us know your preferred language when booking, and we'll match you with the right instructor.

Yes, but you need to demonstrate kitesurfing ability. We require an IKO card or equivalent certification, or you can take a quick skills assessment with our instructor. Safety is our priority!
