Pricing & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and most major insurance direct billing. For corporate accounts, we also offer invoicing options with net-30 terms.

Yes, we work with all major insurance companies and can bill them directly in most cases. We provide all necessary documentation for insurance claims including detailed receipts, photos, and incident reports. Check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.

Nighttime service (8 PM - 6 AM) has a 30% surcharge, and holiday service has a 50% surcharge. These rates are standard in the industry and help us ensure 24/7 availability with qualified operators. We'll always inform you of the total cost before dispatching.

Yes, we have specialized equipment for low-clearance situations including parking garages. Our flatbed trucks and low-profile wreckers can access most parking structures. We'll need to know the clearance height when you call.

Absolutely. We provide long-distance towing to any destination. Whether you need your vehicle transported to another city or across state lines, we can handle it. Long-distance rates are calculated per mile with discounts for longer trips.

Safety & Procedures

Safety first! If possible, move your vehicle to a safe location away from traffic. Turn on your hazard lights, stay inside your vehicle if it's safe to do so, and keep your phone charged. If you're on a highway, exit the vehicle from the passenger side and stand behind the guardrail.

Yes, in most cases you can ride in the tow truck cab to your vehicle's destination. This is included in our service at no extra charge. However, due to insurance regulations, we can only transport the vehicle owner or authorized driver.
