Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a brief health questionnaire. Your therapist will discuss your needs and preferences before the treatment. We provide robes, slippers, and all amenities. You'll have time to relax before and after your treatment in our relaxation lounge.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes! Gift cards are available in any denomination and never expire. They can be purchased online, over the phone, or at our spa. Gift cards can be used for any service or product at ZENITH SPA.
Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking for all clients. There is also street parking available and a public parking garage within one block of our location.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and ZENITH SPA gift cards. We also accept HSA/FSA cards for qualifying services.
